KETO BREAD LOAF with bamboo fiber
Ingredients:
1 cup Bambuttva Bamboo Fiber Flour
1/2 cup whole psyllium husk
1/4 cup egg white powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup egg whites
1 cup water
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsps apple cider vinegar
Recipe:
Take 1 cup of egg whites and add a cup of warm water, add half cup of olive oil and add 2 tbsp of Apple Cider vinegar. Give it a light mix, you don’t need to froth the eggs. Then we add 1 tsp of baking powder and 1/2 tsp of baking soda. When you start to mix, it’ll automatically froth up. Add one cup of Bambuttva Bamboo Flour, 1/2 cup whole psyllium husk powder and 1/4 cup egg white powder. These will help the rise and the texture of our bread. Add 1/2 tsp salt. Adding any sweetener is absolutely optional. Give this a nice mix. It’ll be a soupy mixture and you have to continue to mix. Let it rest for around 10 mins once the mixture turns into a thick dough like texture. Take a loaf pan, add a parchment paper. Add this mixture and smooth it out across the loaf pan end to end. Make a little cut in the centre so it allows heat to release. Bake it at 350 degree Fahrenheit's for 50 mins. Your Zero Carb bread, Low Calorie bread is ready. It’s crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. Cut thick or thin slices as desired. Enjoy your healthy bread!
KETO HAMBURGER BUNS with bamboo fiber
Ingredients:
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsps apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup Bambuttva Bamboo Fiber Flour
4 tbsps psyllium husk
1 tbsp sweetener
1/2 tsp salt
Recipe:
Take 1/2 cup of egg whites, 1/2 cup room temperature water, 1/4 cup olive oil or melted butter. Give it a light mix, no need to froth the eggs. Add 2 tbsp of Apple Cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder and mix it. You’ll see the natural froth due to the vinegar and the soda. Now add 1/2 cup of Bambuttva Bamboo Fiber Flour, 1 tbsp sweetener, any sweetener will do and 1/2 tsp salt. Add 4 tbsps psyllium husk. Give this a good mix. You can dust the bamboo fiber flour for desired consistency just like any other flour. Make this into a dough and let it sit for 10 mins. You can even dust the fiber flour one more time at this step, it’s upto you. Pat down the dough like a flat patty in a baking tray over a parchment paper. You can also sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake it at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degree Centigrade for 45 mins. Now you’ll have beautifully puffed up buns.
