This is a great product. I have been using it for a little over a month. This was the only seller I came across to deliver Bamboo Fiber to Canada. Kudos to not bleaching the flour.
I used this flour to make an all purpose keto flour. It's now my hero ingredient in all my recipes. Loved it!
I tried this flour in my bread, wasn't very sure as I was using bamboo fiber for the 1st time. But it turned out to be really amazing and I had the fluffiest bread.
